Synopsis

Twelve brave cops walk into a bloody ambush and now the police are desperate for revenge. Taft (Henricksen), the renegade CIA agent who set it up, will go to any length to eliminate the one witness who caught the grisly details on videotape. Maverick detective Kincade (Leo Rossi, The Accused, Analyze This) wants justice, but everywhere he turns he finds deceit and interference – especially from Donovan (Joe Don Baker, The Dukes of Hazzard, Walking Tall), a secret government operative who shoots first and asks questions later.
