    LOS ANGELES, CA (January 16, 2006) – In the universe of the future, criminals can run but they can’t hide as Cyber Wars hits DVD on April 11, 2006, from New Line Home Entertainment. Loaded with high-octane action sequences and pulse-racing thrills, Cyber Wars stars Genevieve O’Reilly (The Matrix Reloaded, The Matrix Revolutions, Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith) as a 21st century bounty hunter who catches criminals in a universe where alternate identities and virtual realities twist into an intricate world where it’s difficult to separate the good from the evil. The DVD will be available at a $19.97 SRP with an order due date of March 7, 2006.
    SYNOPSIS
    In the near future, in the Asian city-state of Sintawan, the identities of all human beings are recorded in the complex world known as the CyberLink. The use of illegal, simulated identity implants (SIMS) is the only way around this vast database, and a common practice for criminals looking to hide their identities. Dash MacKenzie (O’Reilly) a young bounty hunter who makes her living tracking SIMS, finds herself on the run after she uncovers a diabolical “game” set in motion by several elite corporate leaders. As she races against the clock to save not only her own life but the lives of everyone in the city, she soon discovers that she is no longer the hunter – but the hunted!
